Equipe : Ordre-désordre / Auto-organisation

Thejakhrielie NGULEZHU

I, Thejakhrielie Ngulezhu, am currently a PhD researcher, enrolled by Nicolaus Copernicus University, Torun, Poland in a four-year doctoral program focused on Zn-Te based ternary and quaternary semiconductor materials. I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in physics from St. Joseph College, Kohima, Nagaland, India, followed by a Master’s degree from Sharda University, Greater Noida, NCR Delhi, India. The PhD work is funded by Nicolaus Copernicus University and formalized within the ViSA-IRP project as an international codirection between Nicolaus Copernicus University (Dir. K. Strzalkowski) and University of Lorraine (co-dir. O. Pagès, supervisors: M. Mina & T. Tite). My research investigates their growth along with optical, thermal, structural, and vibrational properties, aiming to contribute in advanced material applications. I am currently undertaking a short-term internship at University of Lorraine, to be continued in a series of successive 4-months stays over the next three years.

Sujet de thèse : Matériaux ternaires et quaternaires à base de ZnTe: croissance, propriétés optiques, vibrationnelles et thermiques

Encadrants : Karol STRZALKOWSKI (directeur), Olivier PAGES (co-directeur), Mayssoune MINA (encadrante), Teddy TITE (encadrant)
