The ELLIPSOMETRIE platform provides access to a suite of high-performance ellipsometers.
It is open to both the scientific and industrial communities.
The modular design of our instruments allows for adaptation to various measurement configurations and enables the coupling of ellipsometry with other techniques.
The spectral range of investigation extends from the ultraviolet to the far infrared (250 nm → 33 µm).
Capabilities include the characterization of single and multilayer systems, materials, substrates, as well as isotropic and anisotropic media.
Fields of application: semiconductors, nanomaterials, photovoltaics, polymers, metals, biology, electrochemistry, and more.
